Hospice Advent Calendar
*Please note calendars ordered from 25th November will arrive after the 1st of December
By buying The Hospice Advent Calendar you will be supporting a number of hospices across the UK. Because of the 25 Fairtrade milk chocolates in each calendar you will also be supporting farmers across the globe.
For each calendar bought at full price from this site £1 will be donated to six participating hospices.
The £1 donation is split as follows: 50p will be shared across all the participating hospices. You can choose where the remaining 50 pence donation goes by selecting one from the list of six before you add the calendar to your cart. Or you can simply add calendars to your cart and whole £1 donation will be spread across all six hospices.

More about the participating hospices
The proceeds from this calendar will help support the three Marie Curie hospices in the North of England; Bradford, Liverpool and Newcastle.
Marie Curie hospices offer the very best specialist care and support to people in their local areas. Often very different to what people expect, Marie Curie hospices are warm, friendly and home-like with delicious food, drinks trolleys, personal touches and beautiful gardens helping patients to feel safe and secure in their final months, weeks and days of life.
Actress Alison Steadman’s mother Marj was cared for at a Marie Curie hospice. She said, “mum used to look forward to going to the hospice. The nurses and staff made such a difference and the care was second to none”. Visit www.mariecurie.org.uk
St Peter's Hospice is Bristol’s only adult hospice, providing specialist palliative care to adults across the wider Bristol area with life-limiting illnesses, including support to their relatives, friends and professional carers.
All Hospice services are free of charge to everyone who accesses our support. They fund these services through income from their charity shops, gifts in wills, grants and fundraising. If you would like more information on other ways you can support St Peter’s Hospice visit www.stpetershospice.org
St John’s Hospice in north west London, provides care across eight boroughs; some of which are the most deprived in the Capital. They run many services that you would expect of a hospice; inpatient unit, day care and community services, and some you would not; Lymphedema clinic, social work, bereavement services and an ambulance service.
Their services are underpinned by a respect for human dignity and care for the needs of the person, whatever their age, lifestyle, culture and spiritual belief. Often their patients and families have no other support. With your help they can be there for them this Christmas and beyond. For more information please go to www.stjohnshospice.org.uk
Katharine House Hospice, North Oxfordshire, South Northamptonshire and South Warwickshire, provides specialist and individualised palliative care for adults with life-limiting conditions. As well as providing end of life care they also offer support for symptom management and pain relief. But their care is not just about managing the physical symptoms of disease.
They know that people need emotional and spiritual support too, so their professionals can help here. And they can help people to access the practical support they need too. They support people when they need it, where they need it and how they need it. They work in partnership and help educate other professionals so that they can deliver great care too.
